We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we gladly accept returns, exchanges, and refunds for items purchased within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Refunds

• All refunds will be returned to their original payment method

• Please allow up to 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Exchanges

• Exchanges are subject to item availability. If your desired item is out of stock, we will offer a refund or store credit.

• To initiate an exchange, the original item must be returned first. Once we receive and inspect the return, your replacement item will be shipped to you free of charge.


How it Works:

  • Contact Customer Support
    Email us at support@eracollective.shop with the following details:
    • Your full name
    • Order number
    • The item you wish to exchange
    • The reason for the exchange
    • The new item, size, or color you would like instead

  • Receive Approval and Return Instructions
    Once we receive your request, our support team will review it and respond within 1–2 business days with approval and detailed return instructions, including our return address.

  • Prepare Your Item for Return
    • Ensure the item is unworn, unwashed, and has all original tags attached
    • Pack the item securely in its original packaging (or similar protective packaging)
    • Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip inside the package

  • Ship the Item Back to Us
    • Use your preferred shipping carrier to return the item to the address provided
    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method
    • Keep your tracking number for reference

  • Wait for Your Return to Be Received and Inspected
    • Once we receive the item, we’ll inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions
    • Inspections typically take 2–3 business days from the date we receive the package

  • Receive Your Exchange Item
    • After your return is approved, we’ll ship your requested exchange item free of charge
    • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once the new item ships
